Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the following business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During promotional events or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

United States Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped.


Shipment Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

You may also track your shipment anytime using the Order Status page linked in your confirmation email.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error

If you need to correct your address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.


Delivery Delays

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • High-volume seasons

  • Customs or import inspections (international shipments)

We appreciate your patience during these rare circumstances.


Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is missing items:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product/packaging.

We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund based on the situation.

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to resolve it.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS standard service.
Some oversized Home & Kitchen items may require a street address.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
